WHAT IS KNOWSY FEST
This summer, ten Local Listeners knocked on doors, popped up in parks, struck up conversations on the streets and in local businesses - all to collect stories about moments that mattered to the wellbeing of Alberta Avenue residents.
Knowsy Fest is our way of sharing back what a team of Local Listeners were honoured to hear, over a summer of learning. It’s an invitation to a neighbourhood to witness each others’ moments that matter, make connections, and imagine how stories could help us heal and bridge divides.
WHY KNOWSY FEST?
We’re making good on a promise to the storytellers of Alberta Ave. We asked neighbours to tell us about a moment that mattered to them, and we promised that we’d find ways for the community to own and be enriched by that data.
